Code of Conduct - Players

De Pere Youth Baseball prides itself in trying to do its best to provide a positive youth baseball program. In order for this organization to be a success, we need to understand what is expected of us as coaches, parents and players. As a participant of our program, you acknowledge and understand these expectations.

As players, your actions reflect not only on yourselves, but on your TEAM, your COACHES, your FAMILY, and your COMMUNITY.

• Play for FUN!
• Work hard to improve your skills
• Be a team player; get along with your teammates
• Learn teamwork, sportsmanship and discipline
• Be on time for practices and games
• Learn the rules and play by them. Always be a good sport.
• Respect your coaches, your teammates, your parents, your opponents, and the umpires
• Display positive body language
• Never argue with an umpire’s decision
